CASE STUDIES
Below are just some of the case studies that I put together so that you can get an idea of some the amazing results we get for our clients.
PROBLEM:
Business owner gave up 51% of her small business having to now ask for permission?
SOLUTION:
To help her know and “feel” her value/self-worth.
RESULTS:
At a previous job, a person in HR commented that she was "too young" to be paid accordingly or to have a leadership role.

Created the "Golden Carrot.” Challenged her to think about what she wants, not what she can get. She stated “it would be great if the firm made $1M in revenue this year due to the fact that the firm is only 2 years old.”
Justified the $1M rather than thinking about what she WANTS and letting it unfold.
Very smart woman with a ton of conviction. Needed to point that conviction in the right direction.
PROBLEM:
Anxiety over meeting his quota (result orientated). He is focused on what others think.
SOLUTION:
Learn to “Act…and let others react.” (process oriented)
RESULTS:
Experienced stress and anxiety about weekly sales meetings with management and justifying where he was in relation to quarterly quota
Performance inhibited by “Ping Syndrome”
Helped him figure out what HE wants – “House on the lake”
Learned to “just score goals” – Brown philosophy
Yearly quota was $1.3M. Generated $1.8M. Asked to become Manager
PROBLEM:
Overworked / difficult environment / clashing with Owner/CEO / no autonomy – questioned her value, extremely stressed about performing well, had no “voice”.
SOLUTION:
Figure out what she wants / Build conviction in her own value
RESULTS:
“If I can keep up at this pace, I'm on track to make more money than before, and work in all the ways I'm good at and enjoy, but with none of the baloney and stress of being stuck working in a context that won't click for me.”
“I keep telling myself (and others) that I could not have reached this point of clarity and produced this amount of change for myself if I hadn't invested in working with you last year. This work I've done personally and professionally is truly paying dividends. I am so grateful.”
